The Firm’s founder, Rafael Morell, was previously a shareholder at a national labor and employment law firm.

There are counseling and litigation components to our practice. In counseling matters, we focus on finding practical solutions designed to ensure legal compliance and avoid litigation. When litigation cannot be avoided, we believe that the best litigation results happen when attorneys and clients expect to try cases.
