Labor Relations

Some of our clients have existing relationships with labor unions.  We counsel clients on how to achieve their strategic goals while still complying with applicable collective bargaining agreements.  When a grievance is filed against an employer, we represent the employer in the grievance process and, when necessary, in arbitration.  

We also defend favorable arbitration decisions and challenge unfavorable arbitration decisions in federal court. Lastly, we represent companies in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
